All Red Mercury products are distributed and sold electronically, so it may not be immediately obvious how to stick a bow on AcidSolitaire.

Red Mercury PC games are quick and easy to send and are fun gifts to receive.

All that you need to do is provide your Giftee with an Order Number and they can automatically activate the game you've purchased for them.

• Purchase games as if you are purchasing them for yourself.
• Enter your billing information and email address on the order form.
• You will receive an email with your order number. The Order Number looks like this: RM-xxxxx-xxxxx.
• Send the Giftee the Order Number and a link to download the game(s).
• If you purchased more than one game for your Giftee, they can activate all their PC games with the same Order Number.
• The Giftee can then download and install the products on Gift Day, and enter their Order Number in the game to automatically activate it themselves.
• Enjoy accolades on Gift Day!

Note: If you would like to send a gift to more than one person, you will need to complete the checkout process for each person. Each giftee will need their own unique order code to activate their gifts.

Follow the instructions below to send AcidSolitaire games for Palm OS handhelds to all your friends and family.

Scenario #1: You can find out HotSync Name

This is easy. Giftee already has a handheld and you can "borrow" it for a bit to find out the HotSync name

• Find out the Giftee's HotSync name.
• Go get their handheld and look for their HotSync name.
• Put the handheld back where you found it, and pretend like nothing has happened.
• Then go to Red Mercury's online store and purchase UnlockCodes for the products.
• Use your billing information, but on the order form, include the exact HotSync name from the Giftee's handheld.
• Give your email address on the order form. The UnlockCodes will be emailed to YOU within a few minutes.
• Print out the emails with the UnlockCodes.
• Stick those in the stocking, envelope, package, hat, tree, egg, pamplemousee, heavebag, or other gift delivery device of your choosing.
• The UnlockCode emails contain instructions for installing the products and entering the UnlockCodes.
• The Giftee can then install the products after Gift Day, and enter the UnlockCodes themselves.
• Enjoy accolades on Gift Day!

Scenario #2: You can't find out HotSync Name

You don't have access to Giftee's handheld before Gift Day and you won't be able to find out their HotSync name. This is also pretty straightforward.

• Go to Red Mercury's online store.
• Purchase UnlockCodes for the products you are giving, as if you were buying them for yourself.
• On the Order Form, leave the RegIDs blank and enter "Gift" for the HotSync name.
• Give your email address on the order form.
• After a few minutes, the UnlockCodes and installation information will be emailed to you.
• Print out the emails with the UnlockCodes.
• Print out the product information page from our website (color is nice).
• Stick that product info and UnlockCode email printouts in the stocking, envelope, package, hat, tree, egg, pamplemousse, heavebag, or other gift delivery device of your choosing.
• Note to your recipient that they need to exchange the Gift UnlockCodes after they install the products on their handheld.
• They can do this by sending the Order Number of the gift and the RegID from their handheld to support@red-mercury.com.
• They will get their very own genuine UnlockCodes emailed back to them!
• Enjoy accolades on gift day!
