  A: To find a game's Register screen, start the game on your Palm. Then tap the Menu icon - it is in the lower-left hand corner of the Graffiti area of your palm. Here's a diagram showing you where the Menu icon is.
  
  
• Q: How does purchasing work?
  A: You'll be purchasing an UnlockCode that will Unlock the game and give you unlimited play. If you have the game installed on your palm, find the RegID on the Register screen. There is a place on the order form to enter it. If you don't have a trial version installed, find your HotSync name and enter that on the order form instead. A few minutes after your order, your UnlockCode will arrive via email along with instructions on how to enter it.
  
  
• Q: What is a RegID?
  A: A RegID is a 16-digit code that looks like this: A2:1F:92:71:51:69:92:51. You can find yours on the Register screen of the game you are trying to buy. Note that if you are buying more than one Red Mercury game, each game will have a different RegID.
  
  
• Q: What is an UnlockCode?
  A: Your UnlockCode is a 14-digit code that looks like this: 3981 12C9 A4. After you buy a Red Mercury game, you will receive an UnlockCode via email within a few minutes of ordering. Enter this code on the Register screen of the game, and you will then be able to play for an unlimited time.
  
  
• Q: How do I install Red Mercury games on my Palm?
  A: Find the Download link. Download the ".prc" file. Save it somewhere on your desktop PC. Use Palm Install Tool to install the .prc file (usually you can just double-click the .prc file to install it).
