How do I register?

All Red Mercury products are free to try for a limited number of days. If you would like to purchase a full version that will not expire, you can register your Red Mercury product by purchasing an UnlockCode at the Red Mercury online store. After you submit your order online, you will receive your unique UnlockCode via email.

How do I find the Register screen (Palm version)?

To find a game's Register screen, start the game on your Palm. Then tap the yellow menu card located in the top-center of the game screen. Select register from the drop down menu screen.

Your 16-digit RegID is displayed on the Register screen. This unique number is needed to Register your Red Mercury software. You will be asked to provide this 16-digit RegID on the online order form or if you need to request a new UnlockCode in the future.

If the game has already been successfully registered, the Register screen will no longer be available.

How do I find the Register screen (Windows version)?

What is a RegID?

The RegID for the Windows version and the Palm version look a little different. You can find your RegID on the Register screen.

  • The Windows RegID is a 20-digit code that looks like this:
  • WM39 : PTWF : R493 : W2J4 : RT7H
  • A Palm handheld RegID is a 16-digit code that looks like this:
  • A2 : 1F : 92 : 71 : 51 : 69 : 92 : 51

Note: that if you are buying more than one Red Mercury game, each game will have a different RegID.

What is an UnlockCode?

  • Your UnlockCode is a 14-digit code that looks like this:
  • 39PW 4RW2 JT4H F7

Shortly after you submit your online order, you will receive your unique UnlockCode via email. Enter your UnlockCode on the Register screen of the game, and you will then be able to play for an unlimited time.

If you are a registered user and need a new UnlockCode, or your UnlockCode is invalid, the UnlockCode Wizard can help.

Will my registration expire?

No. Registration is a one time event. As a registered user you are entitled to unlimited play. Your registration will not expire.

I registered but I still haven't received my UnlockCode.

Sometimes our email gets eaten by the Internet, especially if you are using a hotmail account or an anti-spam program. Try the UnlockCode Wizard or, send an email to support@red-mercury.com with the following information and we will send you your UnlockCode.

  1. Your name
  2. The product name
  3. Your order number, or the email address you provided at the time of purchase
  4. Platform: for Windows or Palm
  5. The 16-digit RegID (Palm users) or 20-digit RegID (Windows users) from the Register screen
  6. Your HotSync name (Palm users)

I registered but the UnlockCode I received in invalid.

First try the UnlockCode Wizard, it can probably fix your UnlockCode for you. If not, make sure you have the latest version of your application installed, and send an email to support@red-mercury.com with the following information to help us locate your original order and create a new UnlockCode for you.

  1. Your name
  2. The product name
  3. Your order number, or the email address you provided at the time of purchase
  4. Platform: for Windows or Palm
  5. The 16-digit RegID (Palm users) or 20-digit RegID (Windows users) from the Register screen
  6. Your HotSync name (Palm users)

My RegID changes every time I HotSync my Palm. What do I do?

If your UnlockCode is not working, and your RegID is changing when you HotSync, you need to update that product to the latest version. After installing the updated version, your RegID will change one last time! We can then send you a working UnlockCode. Visit the UnlockCode Wizard to get a new UnlockCode or send an email to support@red-mercury.com with your new 16-digit RegID and we will send you a new UnlockCode.
